Yes. Most estimates can be completed remotely using your property address, service details and a few clear photos. If we need any additional information, we'll contact you before sending your estimate.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. Tabacon Maintenance is fully insured for the exterior cleaning services we provide. We are happy to supply proof of insurance when requested.

Do I need to be home during the service?

In most cases, no. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any necessary water connections, you can continue with your day. We'll confirm preparation instructions before your appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners, businesses and communities throughout Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties, including Fishkill, Wappingers Falls, Beacon, Hopewell Junction, Mahopac, Carmel, Somers and surrounding areas.

I'm on a well, is that an issue?

No—we regularly work with homes on well systems and carry a buffer tank to maintain a steady water supply without putting unnecessary strain on your well. Just let us know you have well water when booking so we can plan accordingly.

How do you clean high windows safely?

For exterior windows we use a water-fed pole with a three-step filtration system, which lets us reach high glass from the ground rather than working off ladders. The filtered water leaves no minerals behind, so windows dry without streaks or spots.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Most properties want it done twice a year — once the leaves are down in the fall, and again in the spring. If the house sits under heavy tree cover it may need more, and an open lot with no overhang usually needs less. We'll tell you what makes sense for yours rather than putting everyone on the same schedule.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses controlled water pressure for durable surfaces such as concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure and appropriate cleaning solutions for siding, roofs and other surfaces that require a gentler approach.
